Pause – Before you react PAUSE.  Allow yourself to contemplate the situation. 

 

Breathe – Are you about to react from a place of love or anger?  Exhale the negative and inhale the positive.  A cleansing breath can shift your perspective of the situation.

 

Proceed – Proceed from a place of love.  Everyone involved will feel the love and be changed forever.
