In order to create a healthy mind and body, we need to examine our approach to healthcare. We are in large part made up of microorganisms so why aren’t we enhancing our guts with more good microorganisms (probiotics) and feeding our probiotic friends with prebiotics? They determine everything from our physical to mental health and affect our moods, immune system, cravings, overall health etc. Get smart! I’ve done the research and it blew my mind.
